If you’ve been following along here on RondaRousey.com and on the official Ronda Rousey YouTube channel, then you’ve no doubt seen updates on the status of both of Ronda’s hand injuries this year. From the broken hand at WWE’s WrestleMania 35 to the detached finger on the set of FOX series 9-1-1, 2019 has been an eventful year for Ronda Rousey’s hands.

And let’s not even get started on the whole saxophone thing.

Which is why FyzioGym and Revolution Physical Therapy’s mini-documentary on Ronda’s physical therapy journey is so fascinating. We’ve seen the before and after of both of these hand injuries, but “Road to Recovery” actually fills in the blanks of the healing process and how to get things back to normal, even after the injury is “gone.” In fact, “Road to Recovery” even features Ronda pinpointing the exact moment in her WrestleMania 35 main event match where she broke her hand (and how she only made things worse from that point on).

And shout out to Dr. Lyneil Mitchell, who has worked with Ronda, Travis Browne, Roderick Strong (the aforementioned “Chris” in this video), and Marina Shafir. Call me biased, but I can’t wait for Part 2 of “Road to Recovery.”
