As you may already know, Ronda Rousey has a wide range of talents. One such talent? Cooking!

Mochi, not quite sure about this whole "cooking" thing...
Mochi, not quite sure about this whole “cooking” thing…

Alright, she’s not exactly a master chef—yet—but she’s got some skills in the kitchen. And she’s got some recipes she knows how to handle, thanks to her family’s book of recipes and good ol’ Uncle Claude. (Uncle Claude went to culinary school, you know. Ronda Rousey… did not.) So, in the second episode of Ronda’s Kitchen, Ronda teams up with WWE color commentator Corey Graves to make some guac, some slaw, and some beef tacos. Some Kobe beef tacos. Kobe beef tacos. Look:

Thank you, Kobe.
Thank you, Kobe.

In exchange for her hospitality, Corey gives Ronda some much-need life advice:

“You’re not supposed to lick your dog.”

Check it out:

As mentioned in the video, the ingredients for the slaw are as follows:

  • 1/2 large green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
  • 1-2 bunches of cilantro, chopped
  • 4 green onion stalks, both green and white chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

As for the slaw sauce:

  • Juice one lime
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • One tablespoon white vinegar
  • Pinch or two of white pepper
  • Salt to taste

You’ve gotta watch the video for more info on how to make the guacamole, baja sauce, and, of course, those delicious beef tacos. Bon appetit!
